About me
Welcome! I’m Tiri Marsters
With over 15 years of hands-on and leadership experience in the disability support sector, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering individuals and enriching communities. I bring empathy, professionalism, and a whole lot of heart to every role I take on—whether I’m working one-on-one with a client or leading a team of support workers.
Based in Beenleigh, Queensland, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of services, from respite care and residential support to community access, job coaching, and program facilitation. My approach is always centered on dignity, inclusion, and helping people grow in confidence and independence.

Disability Support Services
I provide thoughtful, person-centered support to individuals living with disabilities, helping them thrive in everyday life. I’ve worked with people across a broad spectrum of needs and abilities, always with a focus on safety, trust, and respect.
Program Planning & Facilitation
From planning inclusive day programs to running activity-based groups and community events, I create spaces where people can build skills, confidence, and connection.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
As a Team Leader and former Coordinator, I’ve led support teams with a hands-on, collaborative style. I’m experienced in coaching staff, managing rosters, maintaining service quality, and building strong workplace cultures.
Advocacy & Communication
I’m a strong advocate for individuals and their families, with a track record of working alongside funding bodies, service providers, and health professionals to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard and respected.

My Background
Over the years, I’ve worked with organisations like FSG Australia, Centrecare, and IHC New Zealand. I’ve coordinated respite services, supported community living, developed cultural programs, and even job-coached individuals into meaningful employment. I’ve also managed sports teams, advocated for families, and run holiday programs with creativity and care.
I hold a Certificate IV in Disability and have completed a wide range of professional training—from mental health first aid and conflict resolution to health and safety and cultural education.
A Bit About Me
When I’m not working, I’m usually enjoying time with family, travelling, camping, or playing touch football and netball (I’ve even won a few national medals!). I love meeting new people and learning new things—whether it’s on the job or in everyday life.
